This summer I was feeling
exceptionally down about my body,
especially my flabby arms and jiggly
thighs. To make matters worse, I had
injured my knee and was hesitant
about exercising it. I didn't want
to go back to the gym because I just
wasn't comfortable there, but I had
to do something....and then, because
I truly feel it was meant to be, I
ran into Chester at Euclid Creek
Park where we had met years before.
He was so confident that he could
help me tone up my body and get back
to where I wanted to be. He gave me
hope!
I
love having Chester as my
personal trainer! First of all, I
like that he comes to my home--that
way I have no excuses, plus I love
the privacy that a gym just doesn't
offer. He enters the door three
times a week with a big smile,
upbeat attitude and a strong desire
to help me improve my overall
well-being. He is a knowledgeable
professional who challenges me to do
my best and really cares deeply
about helping people.
At first I was hesitant about
doing squats, I was afraid I would
hurt my knee, but Chester gave me
the confidence to try them, always
cautious and aware of my
limitations--but, as time went on, I
started to feel like I
didn't have any limitations!
Today, almost 3 months later, I
have forgotten that I even injured
my knee--it just isn't even a part
of my reality anymore!
I never know what exercise
equipment Chester is going to pull
out of his bag or carry up the steps
into my home! He understands the
anatomy of the human body and knows
that one must" trick" the body with
a variety of techniques and knows
exactly what routines to do to
target problem areas. I have to
admit there is some equipment I am
not too fond of, but Chester
good-naturedly reminds me that it's
going to make me look really hot!
For example, I was a bit intimidated
by kick-boxing, but I stayed with
it, and I have to say it is an
amazing workout and fun! Speaking
of fun, if I could choose one word
to describe my workout sessions with
Chester, it would be
F-U-N!!!
Chester always has suggestions
to improve my sense of
well-being---whether it's the apple
cider vinegar or the blueberries or
just having a positive attitude
about life---he is a great listener
who respects women and he has become
such a positive force in my life.
His varied,creative, challenging
workouts give me the energy to face
the day's challenges. When I see the
results in the mirror, or people
tell me how great I look, I know it
was all because of Chester's support
and encouragement which helped to
empower me to become the strong,
confident woman I am
today.

Chester Starks is a truly great physical trainer.
He is knowledgeable, professional and fun! Most of all he listens
to you. I have severe physical problems with my spine and knees
because of auto accidents. Chester tailors my workout routines to avoid
harming those areas, yet I am gaining strength and
flexibility. He even incorporates my favorite music into my
workout, and that really motivates me. I have lost weight, gained
strength and firmed up with Chester’s guidance. Equally,
important, I find his service to be affordable. I highly
recommend Chester Starks---he will get you moving!

For
my 55th birthday, I gave myself the gift of Chester's expertise as a
personal trainer. I've always exercised--but moderately and in fact,
met Chester during one of the
countless walks I've taken through various parts of the Metropark a few
years ago. Each time I'd see him, he'd be working hard using the
stationary equipment in the park,
biking up hills, jogging, and doing pushups. Suddenly I stopped seeing
Chester but would periodically ask other walkers about him. Thanks to
one of those walker's I
re-connected with Chester on July 15, 2009 and have been working with
him once a week since then. This experience has made my life even
better. I'm more tone, I have more energy, my clothes fit better and
best of all my husband James has that special
