1st Session is FREE!*

Each program is in a 30 minute or a 1 hour increment. Programs include:
1. Cardiovascular Cross Training
2. Strength Training

3. Kick Boxing

4. Abdominal Workout

5. Indoor and Outdoor sessions

*1st Session includes a mini-assessment which includes taking your measurements, blood pressure and questionnaire about your physical abilities and medical health.
